Welcome to AllSocial, an innovative web app based on Nostr that allows you to create a personal page with all the links to your social profiles, websites, and interests. By using our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using or accessing AllSocial, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

AllSocial allows you to create a page with all your profile links, including links to social media, websites, profile pictures, banners, and information about your interests. The platform is based on the decentralized Nostr protocol, ensuring data management without storage on centralized servers.

3. Registration and Key Management

To use AllSocial, a cryptographic key pair is generated during registration.
We do not collect or store any personal user data. You are solely responsible for managing and securing your private key.
The private key is essential for accessing your profile and managing its content; do not share it with anyone.
Do not lose your cryptographic key: we cannot recover it, and if you lose it, you will no longer be able to modify your data.
Keep your key safe. If others gain access to it, they can alter your data without your consent.

4. Data Storage

The data on your profile page, such as links and images, is stored on Nostr relays and not on our servers.
AllSocial simply queries the relays to display user content and cannot be held responsible for data hosted on these relays.
We cannot modify or delete any content you have posted, as it is signed and stored on external relays not managed by us.

5. Uploaded Images

Images uploaded to the platform are managed by the external service nostr.build. We are not responsible for the maintenance, availability, or usage of these files.

6. Use of the Nostr Protocol

Nostr is a decentralized protocol that allows content to be published and managed without centralized servers. Each user has their own cryptographic key pair: the public key is used for identification, while the private key is used to sign their content. Data is stored and propagated through relays, which are independent nodes on the network. This ensures greater privacy and control over personal data.

7. Privacy and Cookies

We do not store any personal user data. However, we use cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the web app.
AllSocial uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous statistics on platform usage and to improve our services. By accessing the web app, you consent to the use of these tools.

8. User Responsibilities

You may not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
You are not allowed to post offensive, discriminatory content or content that infringes the rights of third parties, including copyrights and trademarks.

9. Limitation of Liability

AllSocial is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform or the availability of relays on which the content is stored.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, nor the absence of errors or vulnerabilities.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the platform, and by continuing to use the service after such changes, you implicitly accept the new terms.
